Call for Storytellers: Medicine in the Margins

We are looking for six storytellers to share a story on stage.  We welcome ALL voices and especially those of patients, medical students, clinic staff and caregivers of all kinds. If you’ve got a story, we want to hear it!

The theme is “Medicine in the Margins” and we’re looking for stories from the margins of healthcare: An offhand hallway conversation that became a lightbulb moment. The nurse’s aide whose presence made the difference.A story of practicing or receiving healthcare off the beaten path. The CAT scan with clean margins. The experience being a patient or caregiver in the margins.
