Do you catch yourself getting rattled by anxiety? Are you someone who catastrophizes, easily imagining the worst scenarios? If so, your imagination is good at running away from you. Guided Visualizations are a way to repurpose that energetic mind. Join us for our January Community of Practice, where we will practice salutary storytelling and enlist the imagination to help us feel better, rather than worse.
